My name is Lada. Most of the things I do in life can be explained through my search for answers to two questions:
   - How did we get here?
   - How do we stay? 
   Growing up, I spent lots of my time studying chemistry and physics, trying to understand the world around me - only to realize that my life will never be enough to find the answers I am satisfied with. And so extending this time is the only thing that makes sense to me. My inspiration and drive come from the idea that we can potentially live forever, to answer questions about the source of all things.

Before dropping out to pursue my research in biology, I studied physics and computer science, mostly focusing on deep learning. I also helped start and currently run Impetus Grants to fund more breakthrough longevity science.
